Christina Dalton
Cristina Dalton is a dedicated Pilates instructor based in Knoxville, Tennessee, with over 20 years of experience in movement fitness. Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Cristina has cultivated a diverse background that includes teaching reformer Pilates in gym settings, owning her own Pilates studio, and integrating various movement disciplines such as dance, yoga, and strength training into her practice.
A passionate advocate for the connection between movement and music, Cristina loves to incorporate carefully curated playlists into her classes, enhancing the overall experience and motivating her clients to move with rhythm and intention.
She holds a certification in self-myofascial release, which enhances her ability to help clients improve their flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance overall performance.
With a commitment to fostering a supportive and encouraging environment, Cristina tailors her classes to meet the unique needs of each participant, ensuring that everyone can experience the transformative benefits of Pilates. Keionia L. Reda
With a dynamic background in both athletic and artistic movement, Keonia L. Reda brings a unique blend of expertise to the world of Pilates.
Originally immersed in sports such as volleyball, basketball, figure skating and the world of ballroom dance, she developed a keen sense of rhythm, posture, and body awareness from an early age.Driven by a passion for holistic fitness and mindful movement, Keonia discovered Pilates as the perfect intersection of her diverse experiences.
Certified comprehensively in Pilates instruction, she is dedicated to helping clients build core strength, flexibility, and balance, while also fostering confidence and body positivity.


Ashley Baker
Ashley Baker has been a pilates instructor for over 25 years. She has been trained in both classical and contemporary techniques of Pilates.
Ashley also has a strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology and is able to teach why and how we do each pilates movement. Ashley has years of experience teaching special populations in private sessions as well as teaching fun and challenging group classes.
She believes finding joy in movement is key to healing the body.
Lian Botha
Lian has been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. She has worked in South Africa, England and the United States gaining valuable knowledge and experience. Lian is a former track and field athlete, and the industry has been her passion for many years. She has been teaching Pilates for 8 years and has completed her 600 Hour Comprehensive Classical Pilates Teacher Training in Florida.Lian is a Certified Personal Trainer, Licensed Massage Therapist and a Functional Medicine Health & Wellness Coach.
