At Pilates Haus and Barre of Knoxville, we offer a variety of classes designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re just beginning your Pilates journey or looking to challenge your existing practice, we have something for every level. Each class is taught by instructors who are passionate about helping you move with strength, confidence, and balance.

Our Barre Pilates classes combine the elegance of ballet with the core focus of Pilates. Using a ballet barre for support, you’ll work through small, targeted movements that lengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, and boost flexibility. It’s an energetic, low-impact workout that delivers results without the strain of high-intensity exercise.

In Reformer Pilates, we use specialized equipment called Reformers to create resistance and support. These classes are adaptable for all fitness levels and help build strength, stability, and mobility. With a combination of fluid movements and controlled breathing, Reformer Pilates challenges your body in new ways while remaining gentle on the joints.
