We know trying something new can raise lots of questions, so we’ve gathered some answers to help you feel comfortable. Pilates is designed to be accessible, and our Knoxville studio will provide everything you need for a smooth start.

Do I need prior experience? Not at all! Our beginner classes are specifically designed to welcome first-timers. We’ll walk you through the basics so you can feel confident from your very first session.

What should I bring? Just yourself and a positive attitude. We provide all necessary equipment, including Reformers and props. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and socks with grips if you have them. [More FAQs will be added as we collect client feedback.]
